Twenty Rules for Safe Driving\n\nRule 1: Inspect the wheels before boarding. Do not depart if an axle is cracked or a spoke is loose.\nRule 2: Fasten all straps and sit properly. Do not stand until the vehicle has fully stopped.\nRule 3: Control your speed and do not show off. Slow down at bends and sound the horn near pedestrians.\nRule 4: When two vehicles meet, the one on the left must yield. Do not ride abreast or fight for the road.\nRule 5: Carry a lamp when driving at night. Do not depart without one or obstruct its light.\nRule 6: Roads are slippery in the rain. Slow down and avoid flooded areas.\nRule 7: Carry no more than three passengers. Cargo must not rise above your head or extend beyond the vehicle.\nRule 8: Drivers must not drink. Anyone who drinks is banned from driving for three days.\nRule 9: No horseplay while driving. Do not look back, loosen the reins, or take both hands off them.\nRule 10: Before turning or changing course, sound the horn three times.\nRule 11: Keep a safe distance.
