Minors should read it with the assistance of a legal guardian. If you do not agree to any part of this notice, you must stop using the service immediately.\n To help maintain a healthy gaming environment and preserve order and harmony in the jianghu, I confirm that I will not use the AI Chat Image Generation Service to create, submit, or distribute: 1. Content that is vulgar, obscene, pornographic, violent, gambling-related, cult-related, superstitious, false or misleading, contrary to public morals, harmful to national security or national interests, or otherwise prohibited by applicable laws, regulations, or government policies;\n2. Content that insults or defames others, or infringes their lawful rights and interests;\n3. Content that discloses personal information or trade secrets;\n4. Any other content prohibited by applicable laws, regulations, or policies.\n I authorize the service provider and its affiliates to collect and process my facial features, body movements, gait, and voice data, or the corresponding data of any person whose valid consent I have obtained, solely for the purpose of providing deep-synthesis services. I represent that I either lawfully own all content I provide, upload, enter, or publish, or have obtained all necessary permissions from the relevant rights holders. The service provider only supplies neutral technical support for the AI Chat Image Generation feature and accepts no legal liability for any risk, damage, or loss arising from my use of the service in a manner that infringes another person's lawful rights. If the service provider, any of its affiliates, or any of its partners becomes subject to a complaint, report, claim, or legal proceeding as a result of my conduct, I must take all measures reasonably requested, including providing evidence, responding to claims, and participating in legal proceedings, to protect them from liability and assist them in resolving the matter. I will be fully responsible for any direct or indirect reputational or financial loss they suffer as a result.\n As required by applicable laws and regulations, the service provider will use technical measures to place a clearly visible AI-generated-content label on generated content. No person may remove, alter, conceal, or otherwise tamper with that label in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or these rules. When publishing or distributing content generated through this service, I must take reasonable steps to verify its authenticity and accuracy and clearly disclose that it was generated by artificial intelligence, so as to avoid misleading or confusing the public.\n I will not use prompts or other input to induce the NPC to generate unlawful, non-compliant, or otherwise socially inappropriate content. I accept sole responsibility for all content generated through my use of the service.\n I may not use this service or any content generated through it for commercial purposes. I grant the service provider and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, sublicence, translate, publish, perform, and display all or part of the content I submit, publish, or generate, and to create derivative works from that content.\n I understand that content generated through this service is provided for reference only and does not constitute authoritative advice in any professional field.\n I authorize the service provider, its affiliates, and its third-party technical service providers to use anonymized versions of the content I submit to or generate through the service for model training. The service provider will not collect or use my identity information for model-training purposes. For comments or suggestions concerning the service, please contact customer support.\n I am solely responsible for all content I submit, upload, or publish. If I violate the NetEase Games Licence and Service Agreement or any provision of this notice, the service provider may immediately suspend or terminate some or all game services, impose penalties in accordance with the applicable agreements, and pursue any further liability arising from my breach.
